When will my order ship?
Everside is made in small production batches, so timing depends on when the next batch arrives. Right now our best estimate is mid September, when stock will be available to order. Once a batch is in, orders ship as stock is available and as quickly as fulfillment allows given the volume of orders, and we'll email you tracking the moment yours is on its way. The shipping updates page shows where each batch is right now and when it's expected to ship.
How does Everside work with my pillows?
Everside is a patent-pending dual pillowcase that connects two pillows you already own with a silky-soft fabric panel, giving you front and back support that stays in place as you move.
Do my pillows still need their own pillowcases?
No. Everside is the pillowcase. Pillows go straight in.
What pillow sizes does it fit?
Standard and King size pillows. Match your pillows, not your bed: Standard for standard pillows, King for king pillows. Two of the same size.
Does it work with memory-foam or firm pillows?
Yes. Any pillow that fits the size goes in: foam, down, fiber. The panel doesn't care what the pillow is made of.
Won't the panel bunch up under me?
No. It's a single flat layer of the same fabric as the case, and your body weight holds it flat. You'll forget it's there.
What is it made of?
An 800-thread-count blend of 50% Egyptian cotton and 50% viscose from bamboo, luxuriously soft, breathable, and made to last.
Does it sleep hot?
It's a 50% Egyptian cotton, 50% viscose from bamboo blend at 800-thread count, so it's lightweight and breathable.
How do I wash it?
Everside is machine washable. Wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or no heat, no bleach. Avoid hot water and hot drying: like all cotton products, it can shrink with heat. Wash it with your sheets.
What is your return policy?
Cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund, from your account or by email. After delivery you have 14 days to return it in like-new condition (unused, unwashed, no stains or damage, original packaging); we inspect every return and approve refunds at our discretion. We send you a prepaid, tracked return label and deduct a flat $8 return shipping fee from your refund. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
